＜講演要旨＞

遺 伝子治療薬を研究開発している日本企業はまだ少数であるが、いくつかの企業は腫瘍溶解性ウイルスやプラスミドをベクターとする遺伝子治療薬の臨床試験を国 内外で実施中である。本発表では、代表的な研究開発活動を紹介するとともに、その活動におけるICH　Consideration documentの有用性に言及する。

Although there are not so many Japanese industries which are developing gene therapy products, some companies achieve substantial progress in recent years and are conducting clinical trials of oncolytic virus and a plasmid-based gene therapy product in and outside of Japan. In this presentation, these activities are briefly introduced in association with ICH GTDG Consideration Documents.
